To start with, if you're on the Pro plan, we recommend setting up an onboarding call with one of our success managers to get you set up and up and running quickly. Custom plan customers have a 2-hour onboarding call included in their plan/account. OneGTM is fairly straightforward and easy to learn. You have the option on the Pro and Custom plans to pay monthly with no ongoing commitments (you can cancel anytime), or you can pay annually up-front to save and the commitment is 12 months. Custom plans are customized to your needs and begin with a 12 month commitment. OneGTM supports all major credit cards and debit cards. We secure your payment method with a 3D secure authentication for your privacy and protection. We do not accept PayPal, prepaid cards, or other cash apps at this time.

We will be sorry to see you go. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will no longer be charged. After canceling, you will be able to continue using OneGTM and have access to your account until the end of your billing cycle. ‍
