Full Stack Engineer

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive innovation and make a significant impact on our product. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the OneGTM platform. • Build scalable, efficient, and reusable code that powers key product features, integrating AI and automation for smarter workflows. • Leverage AI and machine learning models to optimize user experiences and automate key processes. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to define and implement new features. • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, AI, and automation best practices. Qualifications: • Proven experience in full-stack development (preferably with modern web frameworks like React, Node.js, or similar). • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Proficiency in back-end programming languages (Python, Ruby, Java, etc.). • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and API integrations. • Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote About OneGTM: At OneGTM, we’re revolutionizing the way businesses accelerate growth through innovative go-to-market strategies. We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are passionate about building relationships and generating leads, this role is for you! Role: As an SDR at OneGTM, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving the top of the sales funnel by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for our sales team. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify prospects, reach out through various channels, and help convert leads into valuable opportunities for our business. Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect new leads through outbound activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. • Qualify inbound leads by assessing their needs and determining if they are a good fit for OneGTM’s solutions. • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team to discuss solutions and next steps. • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and update CRM data regularly. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve messaging, strategies, and targeting. • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and qualification targets. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role (preferably in SaaS or B2B). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong ability to build rapport with prospects and navigate through gatekeepers. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms. • A strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven role.
