Nelly Rinot spent her career as a CMO. But everywhere she went, the same inefficiencies followed her. Existing tools like project management software didn’t help; they added more work and left her team building workflows from scratch and friction with sales was growing. That’s when she realized something in how GTM teams work was broken.

A Vision for GTM Teams

Nelly believes that for a company's GTM to be successful every GTM team member should have autonomy and be able to own and execute their plan. She envisioned a platform where plans and programs didn’t just exist—they worked.

Drawing on everything she’d learned in her career, Nelly built OneGTM to give teams the tools to launch winning initiatives without reinventing the wheel. She also knew sales needed a bigger seat at the GTM table. That’s why OneGTM puts sales in control of their pipeline and the entire GTM team aligns around one shared goal: hitting the number.

When generative AI emerged, Nelly saw its potential—but she didn’t want to create yet another content tool. Instead, OnegTM integrates AI directly into the workflows teams already use. That’s how Prompters were born: AI tools embedded in the platform, appearing exactly when and where users need them. Prompters provide seamless, contextual support—no switching tools, no extra steps.
